Training Objectives: 8-hour module covers tools and strategies to optimize operation management functions (stakeholder and customer management, operation targets resource management). Module will include local company examples and hands-on case study exercise to simulate tools application.

Next in line are managers ( Supervisor 4 years and up) who will hands on manage key operation functions – customers and upper stakeholder management, processes, cost management. Modules will include case study and take-home assignments. Participants will need to have laptops and sample operation information for them to use during tool application activities.
With over 20 years of experience, Oi has led and consulted on operations for international and local corporations such as Sykes, Emerson Electric, and Alorica. They have a strong track record of launching global programs, including the Philippine shared services site, real estate initiatives, and offshore teams specializing in HR, Technical Support, and Engineering Design, as well as ERP Systems.
Oi has launched operation teams in the Philippines, China, US, Romania, and India, bridging call center and shared services sites. They are also a dedicated YWAM Project Manager volunteer. A standout business venture for Oi was "Wok with Mom," where they digitized a 78-year-old mom’s food delivery business, preserving fourth-generation recipes and gaining recognition in PhilStar, Esquire, Chinoy TV, and When In Manila. Oi holds an MBA from the Asian Institute of Management, a BSC in Legal Management from De La Salle University, and is a certified Prince2 Fundamentals practitioner.
